Confirm your email, set a password, then register your eligible organization for its 14-day no-card trial. Existing customers can sign in; teammates can join through an organization invitation.
The trial
The self-service journey starts with a verified email address and a 14-day trial, with no credit card required. Add your trades, service area and qualifications to your organization profile for personalized fit ranking. Scores depend on the profile and processing.
When the trial ends
If you have not started a paid subscription when the trial expires, product access pauses. You can still reach billing to subscribe and restore access. A no-card trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Seats and billing
The organization subscription includes its first active user. Each additional active member, including owners and admins, uses an additional paid seat. Pending invitations do not count. On a paid subscription, adding a member requires an available paid seat; additional seats are charged proportionally for the rest of the billing term. Removing a member frees the seat for reassignment. Reducing purchased seats takes effect at renewal, without a mid-term refund. The no-card trial creates no subscription or seat charge.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal yourself. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid monthly or annual term, and access continues until then. Annual billing is a yearly payment, not a monthly installment plan.
First-charge refunds
One full refund request per organization within 14 days of its first paid charge. A refund revokes product access. Renewals are not prorated except for a billing error, a legal obligation or an explicitly approved support exception.
If a payment fails
Product access locks while payment recovery and retries run for seven days. Billing remains available to resolve the payment. If payment is not recovered, the subscription is canceled.
