Terms of service.
The terms that govern your use of BidSeek during early access. Effective June 9, 2026.
Acceptance
These terms govern your use of BidSeek, operated by Abakos Analytics LLC (“we,” “us”), a New York limited liability company. By joining the waitlist, receiving access, or using the product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BidSeek is federal and SLED contract intelligence for the physical trades. It is in early access, so features, coverage, and availability may change, pause, or be withdrawn as we build. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement, and you must use BidSeek for business purposes on behalf of a real organization you are authorized to represent.
Accounts and security
When accounts are issued, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at research@abakos.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access data that is not yours, no scraping or bulk extraction beyond normal product use, no reselling or sublicensing access, and no interference with the service or other users.
Source data
BidSeek surfaces and enriches information from public government sources (such as SAM.gov and state and local procurement systems). That underlying data originates with those sources and is provided as-is. Always confirm critical facts (deadlines, amounts, requirements) against the official solicitation before you rely on them to bid.
Intellectual property
The BidSeek product, software, and brand are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms apply. Content you submit (such as your company profile and proposal material) remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Fees
Early access via the waitlist is free. When paid plans become available, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe, and those terms will apply to paid use.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any opportunity, score, or extracted requirement is complete or accurate. BidSeek does not provide legal, contracting, or bid advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
