These terms govern use of BidSeek Early Access, supplied by Bidseek AI LLC, a New York limited liability company. Contact support@bidseek.ai for billing, cancellation, accessibility or other support. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you represent that you can act for the organization you register or join.
The service and source review
BidSeek helps contractors discover and review federal opportunities, inspect available source material and coordinate pursuit decisions. Early Access may change as we learn from customers. Availability, source coverage, extracted facts, scoring and alerts can be incomplete or delayed. You remain responsible for checking the current solicitation and amendments, eligibility, deadlines, pricing and your own submission decisions. BidSeek does not submit a bid or guarantee an award.
You are responsible for your account credentials, member invitations and the material your organization supplies. Use the service lawfully, do not try to access another organization's information, interfere with the service, or use automated access that degrades it. Organization owners control membership and billing. All active members, including owners and administrators, count toward seat capacity; pending invitations do not.
Trial and complimentary organizations
A new eligible organization may use one 14-day trial without a payment card. The trial supports up to five active members. An email address or account may start only one trial, and a legal organization identified by its legal name and registration country/state may have only one trial. A new email does not reset an organization's eligibility. When a no-card trial ends, product access pauses and the organization can still reach billing to choose a paid plan; no automatic charge occurs. The four organizations already using BidSeek before this release receive permanent complimentary access without billing or paid-seat gates, subject to ordinary account and membership security rules.
Paid plan, renewals and seats
The organization plan costs USD 279 per month including the first active member, plus USD 99 per month for each additional active member. If paid annually, the prices are USD 2,799 per year for the first member and USD 999 per year for each additional active member. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. The organization selects a monthly or annual term in hosted checkout, sees the amount and renewal details before payment, and authorizes the recurring charge there. A paid subscription renews for the same term until canceled. Invoices and payment-method management are available through billing settings and the payment provider's customer portal.
Adding paid seats during a term creates a prorated charge. Removing a member frees that seat for reassignment. A reduction in purchased seat capacity takes effect at the next renewal and does not refund the current term. A failed payment pauses product access during a seven-day payment-recovery period; if recovery fails, the subscription is canceled. The organization can update its payment method during recovery.
Cancellation and refunds
An owner can cancel in billing settings. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid term, and product access continues until then unless access is otherwise revoked under these terms. The organization may request one full refund within 14 days of its first paid charge. An approved refund ends paid access. Renewals and unused time are not prorated or refunded, except for a billing error, a legal requirement, or an explicitly approved support exception. The refund preview and confirmation in billing settings show the amount and effect before a request is made.
Your content and feedback
Your organization keeps its rights in the material it submits. It permits BidSeek and the providers described in the Privacy Policy to process that material to operate the service. Do not upload material you lack permission to use. You may send feedback; we may use suggestions to improve the service, while handling personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension, changes and contact
We may restrict access to protect accounts, other customers or the service, or when payment and trial rules require it. We will provide notice where practical and legally required. We may change the service and these terms; a material change to paid terms will be communicated before it takes effect, with any consent required by law.
